Terms and Conditions - Digital Loyalty Stamps Program

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our digital loyalty stamps program. By using the program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview:

• Our digital loyalty stamps program ("RoboCard") allows you to earn and collect virtual loyalty stamps by making purchases at participating merchants.
• The stamps accumulated can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits offered by the participating merchants.

2. Eligibility:

• The Program is available to individuals who are legal residents and at least 12 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to participate.
• By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Stamps Accumulation:

• Stamps will be earned based on the criteria specified by the participating merchants.
• Stamps may be collected through digital means, such as scanning QR codes, entering purchase details, or other methods as determined by the participating merchants.

4. Redemption and Rewards:

• Accumulated stamps can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits specified by the participating merchants.
• The availability, terms, and conditions of the rewards may vary and are subject to the discretion of the participating merchants.
• The redemption process will be communicated by the participating merchants and may require presenting the digital loyalty stamp record at the time of redemption.

5. Program Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
• Changes to the Program, including modifications to the accumulation or redemption process, will be communicated through appropriate channels.

6. Privacy and Data:

• By participating in the Program, you agree that we may collect and use certain personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Program.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of any rewards offered by the participating merchants.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

١. نظرة عامة على البرنامج:

• يتيح لك برنامج الطوابع الرقمية للولاء ("روبوكارد") كسب وجمع الطوابع الرقمية الافتراضية من خلال إجراء مشتريات لدى التجار المشاركين.
• يمكن استبدال الطوابع المجمعة بمكافآت، خصومات، أو فوائد أخرى تُقدم من قبل التجار المشاركين.

٢. الأهلية:

• البرنامج متاح للأفراد القانونيين المقيمين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ١٢ عامًا على الأقل.
• من خلال المشاركة في البرنامج، فإنك تؤكد وتضمن أنك تفي بمعايير الأهلية.

٣. تجميع الطوابع:

• ستتم كسب الطوابع بناءً على المعايير المحددة من قبل التجار المشاركين.
• يمكن جمع الطوابع عبر وسائل رقمية مثل مسح رموز QR أو إدخال تفاصيل الشراء.

٤. الاسترداد والمكافآت:

• يمكن استبدال الطوابع المجمعة بمكافآت، خصومات، أو فوائد أخرى محددة من قبل التجار المشاركين.
• تتفاوت توافر المكافآت وشروطها وأحكامها، وتخضع لتقدير التجار المشاركين.
• سيتم التواصل بخصوص عملية الاسترداد من قبل التجار المشاركين.

٥. تعديلات البرنامج:

• نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل، تعليق، أو إنهاء البرنامج، كليًا أو جزئيًا، في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
• سيتم التواصل بخصوص التغييرات من خلال القنوات المناسبة.

٦. الخصوصية والبيانات:

• من خلال المشاركة في البرنامج، فإنك توافق على جمع واستخدام بعض المعلومات الشخصية كما هو مبين في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
• ستتم معاملة معلوماتك الشخصية وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها.

٧. تحمل المسؤولية المحدودة:

• نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي أضرار أو خسائر تنشأ عن مشاركتك في البرنامج.

٨. القانون الساري والاختصاص القضائي:

• تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين الأردنية.
